  Affordable accommodation, clean property, functional amenities, well situated, friendly staff. If you want 4 star, go pay 4 star elsewhere - don't complain here.

  This would have to be the worst place we have stayed, carpet had huge very wet area, screen mesh hung of windows, walls dirty , unpainted since patched, sliding door onto balcony would not shut, security screen for door propped up on balcony, stove we wouldn't touch was so rusted and dirty, no hot water over hand basin, shower screen door broken, no chairs or table, no aircon and fan in lounge area was so dirty the dirt was hanging off it. The smell of cleaner was so strong we had to sleep with everything open and froze be cause there was no blankets and bedspread was questionable. Inside shower wall tiles from under tapes to floor were duct taped on.
